Wernerssons ost Saint Agur ca 130g

The cheese is easily recognizable by its octagonal shape. It originates from the Monts du Velay in the mountainous Auvergne region of France. Edgeless, soft, creamy texture with a faint yellow-white color. The taste is piquant with great saltiness. The mold spores are quite large and evenly distributed throughout the cheese.
