Wernerssons ost Marcaire ca 250g

A French curd cheese with an orange-colored surface. The texture is soft and creamy. The taste is mild and nutty. The color is clear natural white with a few small scattered holes. Maturation time approx. 2 weeks. Round taste with acidity and hints of hazelnut.
